Welcome to Business - CRE within CoreNet Global UK Chapter's Learning & Knowledge.
The objective of this Special Interest Group is to feature and focus upon, non-real estate content, in order to enhance understanding of the drivers and motivation of Business, as the client of Corporate Real Estate Services. The Business world is influenced, with increasing frequency, by varying external factors, such as the fluctuating economic climate and social and political change. We are keen to explore how the shifting priorities resulting from this environment differ across the various industry sectors supported by the Property and Real Estate Function.
We also believe that as one of the disciplines comprising "Corporate Services", other business functions such as HR, Finance, IT and legal, are key stakeholders in the successful delivery of Real Estate solutions. As such, knowledge and understanding of the challenges and opportunities which they face is essential, in order for Corporate Real Estate executives to be fully effective in what they do and to engender collaborative integration.
