The New Zealand Chapter was established in 2002. The chapter was founded by James Rowe and Carey Oldfield who came together to found a local chapter of CoreNet Global to provide a forum for people involved in corporate property, either as end users or service providers and to provide education in the field of CRE. Now celebrating its tenth year, the New Zealand Chapter is going strong with over 110 active members.
