It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the CoreNet Global Middle East Chapter website.
The Middle East Chapter, with its focus on the Corporate Real Estate Occupier, in addition to offering education, networking and the exchange of knowledge amongst peers, aims to bring best practices to the region as well as sharing home grown initiative that add value to the corporate occupier, be that lease structures, new ways of working or setting quality benchmarks. We also seek to educate landlords and property owners in the region and develop the real estate industry for the betterment of the end user / occupier.
The Middle East and Dubai specifically, has witnessed a considerable shift in the real estate market over the last few years for the better, making the markets more open and transparent. However, while this has been reflected in improvements in the market standards there is a long way to go before we see change in landlords’ thinking when it comes to property management, preventative maintenance, open book accounting for service charges and sustainability, to name a few areas that our monthly education and learning events address.
With a growing number of local members covering a broad range of industries from the banking and finance, legal, engineering, FMCG and healthcare industries, we encourage all those involved in real estate to attend one of our events with a view to learning, networking and actively seeking change in the markets of the Middle East.
CoreNet Global is the forum for learning and networking, and we would encourage all of our members to participate in its learning and training sessions and promote the same amongst your colleagues with a view to improving standards across the board.
