Jun 2015 - Carrot, Stick or Wand - Choosing the Tool of Choice for Excellence in Performance Mgmt

CoreNet Australia Chapter invite you to our next Forum Series.

We've had two decades of outsourced property and facilities services and as many performance management approaches - the framework of which continues to evolve with each tender request. We know the pricing environment is competitive, the contracts are complex and we know the client is often underwhelmed by the outcome. This forum will bring together four industry leaders from both sides of the contract to discuss and debate key aspects of performance management and excellence. Their topics will be:

  • Financial Benefit or Penalty: including ‘profit-at-risk’; bonus payments; share-of-savings and penalties
  • Non-financial incentives: what is the scope and pricing reality of these and how do they work?
  • Practical Performance Management: KPI scope and measurement; performance adjudication and conflict resolution; when and how to measure non-financial and financial incentives; and can the divergent performance deliverables across an integrated service delivery model be successfully measured, rewarded or penalised?

Come and ask the panel some tricky questions and indulge in collegial post discussion debates over a drink and nibbles.
