UK Awards 2014

The prestigious CoreNet Global UK Chapter Awards represent tremendous achievement, leadership and innovation that will raise your profile within the industry. If you feel that you or your fellow colleagues have achieved something exceptional or that their work has really stood out within the industry, then make sure you nominate or enter.

We actively encourage participation across the full range of professions involved in both the demand and supply sides of corporate real estate and nominations can be made by UK-based in-house teams, service providers, landlords and other building or property professionals.

Awards

Nominations and entries are open in the following categories:

  • Corporate Real Estate Executive Award
    Nominations open for any individual UK-based Corporate Real Estate Executive. Submissions should focus on how the nominee - in 2013/4 - has brought substantial value to his/her business and its stakeholders, led a major successful initiative, or raised the profile of the industry.

  • Corporate Real Estate Partnership Award
    Nominations open for any UK-based service providers, advisors, landlords and other building or property professionals. The Partnership Award may be made to individuals or teams advising or working in partnership with their client organisations, as well as the providers of real estate or land. Submissions should highlight the added value provided to the tenant, client, corporation or organisation as a result of the collaboration.

  • Innovation Award
    This Award focuses on innovation and sustainability in corporate real estate either in a new project or in a systematic overhaul of a strategy, policy, process or approach. The submission should demonstrate how the initiative provides an inspiring example to others in the industry. Nominations are open to any UK-based in-house teams, service providers, landlords and other building or property professionals.

  • Young Leaders Award (35 years old and under)
    The Young Leaders Award is for the best contribution by a Young Leader up to 35 years of age. We are looking for significant levels of innovation, achievement or leadership in his/her contribution to the industry over the course of the career to date

  • Young Person's Essay Award (selected by separate panel)
    Details on the Young Persons’ Essay Award will be available soon. To register your interest contact alison@sasevents.co.uk.

Deadline

The deadline for receiving Award nominations and entries is 19 September, and these must all be submitted online in presentation format.
