Standing tall at the center of Midtown South's dynamic neighborhood, SL Green's One Madison is primed to be one of the most significant adaptive reuse projects of 21st Century New York. Attendees can look forward to a behind-the-scenes look at this exciting new trophy tower, complete with tours of IBM and Franklin Templeton's offices, each spanning two floors within the building.
