This course provides an introduction to the dynamic field and practice of
workplace strategy (WPS). The course presents workplace design features that
affect the health, satisfaction and productivity of workers. In addition to
foundational elements of WPS, the course features discussion of the broader role
of workplace strategy, trends, global issues, tools and
technologies.
