The SPP & Workplace Community are exploring the role of succession planning, within the changing face of portfolio management/strategy & workplace. In terms of both personnel (resource) and equally in terms of how CRE can future proof themselves. Are the challenges from 30+ years ago the same as they are today? We want to bring together CRE representatives from various generations to discern what’s changed vs. what’s stayed the same – and most importantly, what can we learn for the future.
