Jody Russelle is a highly respected real estate and project delivery leader with nearly three decades of experience leading complex workplace initiatives across Canada. She currently serves as Managing Director of Project & Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield, where she sets the national strategy for the firm’s project management practice and supports teams across Toronto, Montréal, Calgary, and Vancouver.
Throughout her career, Jody has led large‑scale, multi‑market programs for some of Canada’s most recognized organizations, including overseeing more than one million square feet of workplace delivery for Google across the Toronto and Waterloo markets. Her expertise spans strategic planning, transaction management, and design and construction execution, with a strong focus on aligning real estate decisions to business outcomes.
Known for her disciplined, collaborative leadership style, Jody brings both strategic oversight and hands‑on experience to every engagement. A LEED Accredited Professional, her leadership is defined by trust, operational excellence, and a consistent track record of delivering high‑quality results for clients and project teams alike.
