Re-Imagine, Re-Orient, Re-Ignite, Re-Invent is the theme for the San Diego summit.
In consideration of this theme, we will be exploring where ideas come from with our next book selection by Teresa Amabile and Steven Kramer.
Amabile says that the goal of their research was “[to] crawl inside people’s heads and understand the features of their work environment as well as the experiences and thought processes that lead to creative breathroughs.”
