Last Tuesday we had over 125 attendees at the breakfast event sponsored by Newmark Knight Frank and & the SP&P Community. Even more alarming is that roughly 75% of those attendees were End Users. The FAS 13/IAS 17 proposal is going to happen. We are all going to see operating leases moved to the balance sheet.
