These KPIs become the "gauges on your dashboard." Research has indicated that some of the primary corporate real estate KPIs are:
- Cost/Square Feet (SF)
- Cost/Full-time equivalent (FTE)
- % Owned, % Leased
- SF/FTE
- % Occupied, % Vacancy
- % Cost of Company Revenue
