History & Innovation Collide at Google’s St. John’s Terminal

10:00 AM | Tour - At Capacity

Built inside and atop of a historic 1930s rail terminal, Google at St. John's Terminal is the latest addition to the company's New York City footprint. The highly anticipated office opening features neighborhood-style seating, expansive work lounges, cafes, terraces, mico-kitchens, and a diverse range of work settings. Pushing innovation in sustainability and green space, St. John’s Terminal has 1.5 acres of vegetation at the street level and across terraces, as well as close proximity to the Hudson River Park and surrounding public parks. Google's St. John's Terminal space is a balanced nod to the 90-year history of the rail terminal and an exciting glimpse at the future of workplace communities.

Terminal Warehouse: Retail & Workplace of the Future

10:00 AM | Tour - At Capacity

At 1.3 million square feet and with a $2 billion-plus capital investment, Terminal Warehouse is the largest adaptive reuse project in New York City's recent history. Terminal Warehouse is home to 1.1 million square feet of high-performance office space, complemented by 67,000 usable square feet of destination retail and food and beverage space. The redevelopment delivered 12 modern office floors and carved out the center of the massive structure to form a central courtyard to bring sunlight to the depths of the building. Building occupants will enjoy immediate access to natural light and fresh air through almost 2.5 acres of green space made possible by the creation of the courtyard, penthouse terraces, and green roof. Nestled between the High Line and Hudson River Park, there is no shortage of public green space for this highly anticipated mixed-use development.
